A joint venture between the original pioneers of the CIPP technology, Insituform, and specialist trenchless distributors Source One Environmental (S1E) will see a new portfolio of polypropylene coated liners launched onto the market this month.
As well as the launch of the ECO-PP liner brand, S1E will also become representatives for the full portfolio of Insituform CIPP products.
Polypropylene coated liners are available very competitively and offer clear product advantages over the similarly-priced PVC alternatives. They are more easily installed, especially when used with inversion techniques, and can resist higher temperatures, so can be used in conjunction with hot/steam cure techniques. The new ECO-PP product, which was developed specifically for S1E, offers high performance and aesthetics and can also be used with all resins inclusive of UV.
ECO-PP is available in sizes from 70mm to 2500mm. The multiple-layered version is offered as standard, although a single-layered version is available in the smaller diameter range. ECO-PP drag-in and inversion variants are offered.
“The new partnership between Insituform and S1E will make the Insituform range even more easily available to the specialist contractors who use it,” commented Insituform Managing Director, Mark Bates. “By combining the expertise of both companies in trenchless techniques, the service availability to CIPP installers will be raised to a new level”
“Insituform were the original developers of trenchless techniques, so it’s a real privilege to represent the extensive range of Insituform products that have been created over the past 45 years,” Glenn Cartledge, MD of S1E, explained.
The ECO-PP liner popular sizes are in stock now at S1E and are available with next day delivery as standard across mainland UK, as per S1E’s usual service. All sizes can be sourced with very fast turnoaround. Other Insituform products are being added to S1E’s stock and further new products will be announced from the partnership in the coming months.
