We agree to honour the price published online at the time the order was placed.

Changes & Cancellations
The customer will have the opportunity to review and change the order during order process and at any time until the order acknowledgement is sent by S1E.
Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to the order acknowledgement being sent by S1E.
The order will not be deemed to have been accepted by the company until an order acknowledgement has been sent by S1E.
Order acknowledgements will be sent to the email address provided during the order process.
Order acknowledgements will contain estimated delivery dates or availability for collection (whichever is selected during order process).
The online shop is for deliveries to the mainland UK and Northern Ireland only. For all other areas, please contact the S1E office on +44 1226 397015 or firstname.lastname@example.org for further advice.
Please note that the delivery estimates provided below are intended as a guide only. Please contact the S1E Team if you have specific deadlines or requirements.
For online orders:
Collection – From noon on the day of order, if the order is placed by 10.00 am (Mon – Fri)
The working day following order placement, for orders placed after 10.00 am (Mon – Fri)
Deliveries – Despatch on day of order placement if order is placed by 10.00 am (Mon-Fri)
Despatch the working day after order placement, if placed after 10.00 am.
Damaged or faulty goods
- Report within 10 days of receipt. If agreed, S1E will arrange collection & replacement
- Return must be requested within 28 days
- S1E reserve the right to refuse return
- Delivery charge and 25% restocking charge will apply
- Cost of return freight to S1E must be borne by the customer
