Servicing & Maintenance

Servicing, maintenance & technical support can be provided by S1E for the products that we distribute – be they inspection cameras, milling machines or lining equipment.

Our Technical Engineer, Richard, has been extensively trained by the manufacturers’ technical teams to provide detailed understanding of the maintenance needs of the products we supply.  He can service machinery, troubleshoot issues and offer practical advice.  In turn, he gains further support from the manufacturer technical teams with whom he’s in regular contact.

Richard works from our own purpose-built service centre and is also available to attend site for support, where necessary.  He can be contacted by phone or email.

Purpose-built Service Centre

The Service Centre was completed in October 2020 as a base for our Technical Engineer, to provide a dedicated space in our Warehouse for this important work.  The area is maintained as a clean space for the stripping out of machinery so that zero contamination is assured.

IBAK inspection cameras are high-quality, technical pieces of equipment – although they are complex.  Regular maintenance keeps them in top condition.   Each element – the camera, the lights, the camera truck, winches, control panels etc – needs to remain in full working order for the system to operate properly.

S1E announce partnership with Picote SolutionsPicote tools and machinery take a lot of hammering on site – they’re made to aggressively cut through blockages, so their work is heavy duty.  Regular servicing reduces long-term wear and tear, removing built-up deposits and taking the machines back to their best condition.
