At S1E, we’re proud to celebrate the achievements of our apprentices, who continue to set the bar high in a demanding and technical industry. This year, two of our team members have gone above and beyond in their development, both securing distinctions in their Level 3 courses.
In our Marketing team, Katie, who joined as a Marketing Assistant apprentice, has completed her Level 3 with flying colours and is already preparing to begin a Level 4 qualification in October. Her creativity and drive are making a real impact in how we connect with our customers and the wider trenchless community.
Meanwhile, in Procurement, Ebony has achieved her Level 3 in Purchasing and Procurement, also with distinction. As a Procurement Assistant, she plays a vital role in ensuring our supply chain supports the fast-paced demands of the trenchless sector. Her eye for detail and efficiency are already proving invaluable to our operations.
To recognise their achievements, S1E’s CEO, Chris Cooper, presented Katie and Ebony with flowers and a card to congratulate them on their hard work and success. It was a thoughtful gesture that highlighted the company’s appreciation for their dedication and commitment to their apprenticeships.
It’s inspiring to see two young women making their mark and progressing so strongly in what is still a male-dominated industry. Their achievements highlight the talent, determination, and fresh perspective that are helping to move the trenchless sector forward.
