The new Picote Xpress Coating System is the next generation of brush coating for DN32-300, to renovate old or deteriorated drains and sewers to prolong the lifespan of an existing pipe. This new brush coating system providing faster curing times, no waste, less mess, and minimal setup time for revolutionary cost and time savings.
A game changer to the drainage industry, the new Xpress Coating System includes a pump and delivery hose reel both of which are powered by built-in battery and can also be plugged into a wall for use and for charging and combines with Picote’s range of Millers.

- As little as 1 hour curing time between coats (@77°F/25°C). (Optional Picote Heater to speed up curing times.)
- Superior thickness of ≈ < 1 mm per layer (@77°F/25°C) - Providing a new slick inner surface to increase flow inside the pipe, minimising the risk of blockages.
- Larger resin containers reduce waste and costs.
- Motorized Reel with quick connect, multi-use hoses - Saving on resin, consumables, and setup time.
- Internal resin heater on pump runs off the battery to maintain resin temperature during transport and usage. Heat the resin overnight in your van and arrive onsite ready to coat!
- Vertical design saves on storage, transport, and jobsite space.
- Tri-wheel stair climbers and 10m corded remote allows easy transport up and down stairs and for hard to reach places.

The next generation of brush coating
The coating applied provides a damp-proof, corrosion resistant, wear-resistant and non-corrosive lining. Several coats can be applied within the same pipe. Renovate entire piping systems for example apartments or blocks of flats with minimal disruption, avoiding costly excavation.
Using Picote Xpress Epoxy ( 1 :1 ratio):Single color (light grey), 100% Solids Epoxy, brush coating can be used to coat laterals as well as CIPP mains and stacks, as the system has the power and length to coast entire piping systems from rooftop to city sewer.
