Description
ERGELIT-10SD is a high-performance repair and tamping mortar designed for partial sealing of heavy water ingress. This cement-bonded, early-strength mortar is enhanced with organic and inorganic additives, delivering exceptional adhesion, durability, and water resistance for challenging wastewater and construction applications.
Overview
ERGELIT-10SD offers outstanding versatility for repairing and sealing concrete and masonry structures, including floors, walls, ceilings, and channels. It is particularly effective against pressing water and water ingress, providing a reliable solution for critical leakage areas.
The mortar’s stiff, kneadable consistency allows precise application and easy handling, whether applied by hand or on-site mixing. Available in convenient 10 kg packs (also 25 kg for larger projects), ERGELIT-10SD simplifies work while delivering high-quality, durable results.
Its strong adhesion and rapid early strength allow structures to be quickly recommissioned or further processed. The product reaches compressive strength of 9 N/mm² within 30 minutes and sets in just a few minutes depending on water content and temperature, ensuring fast and efficient repair work.
