Overview
ERGELIT-KS2bL is a cement-bonded, single-component corrosion protection mortar enhanced with organic and inorganic additives to ensure superior durability. It can be applied using multiple methods – including manual application, wet spraying, or the centrifugal M-Coating (KS-ASS) process – allowing you to select the most suitable technique for your project without compromising performance.
Tested according to DIN 19573 XWW4-B2, ERGELIT-KS2bL meets stringent quality standards for highly corrosive wastewater environments. It is particularly effective in structures exposed to biogenic sulphuric acid corrosion, delivering reliable and enduring protection against chemical attack.
Thanks to its fast-curing formulation, ERGELIT-KS2bL becomes water-resistant within 4 hours at 20°C, enabling more efficient workflow and shorter project timelines. Its thixotropic, highly alkaline consistency ensures excellent adhesion and durability, even under extreme conditions.
