Description
ERGELIT-KT10 is a high-performance coating mortar designed for a wide range of applications within wastewater infrastructure. This cement-based, single-component mortar can be used as masonry mortar, coating mortar, and repair mortar, making it a practical solution for both new construction and rehabilitation work. Its strong durability and corrosion resistance make it particularly suitable for structures exposed to municipal wastewater.
Overview
ERGELIT-KT10 is engineered to provide dependable protection and structural repair in demanding wastewater environments. It can be applied using several methods, including manual application, wet spraying, or the centrifugal M-Coating (KS-ASS) system, ensuring flexibility for different project requirements.
Tested in accordance with DIN 19573 XWW3-B1, the mortar meets strict quality and performance standards for wastewater infrastructure. The product also offers fast curing performance, allowing it to carry water after approximately four hours at 20°C, helping to minimise downtime during installation or rehabilitation.
For projects requiring faster setting times, curing can be accelerated with ERGELIT-10S Special, further improving efficiency on site. The mortar also allows application thicknesses of up to 10 mm in a single trowel pass, making it well suited for reprofiling and repair work on damaged concrete or masonry surfaces.
