Overview

The M-Coating System is an efficient, entry-level solution for rehabilitating sewer shafts from DN500 to DN4500. Despite its compact size, it delivers advanced functionality typically found in larger automated systems.

Design

The system features integrated wheels and can be installed in service vehicles, trailers, or as a standalone unit. Its compact footprint allows easy transport on a standard pallet, simplifying logistics and deployment.

Application

The system applies ERGELIT mortar using a centrifugal process, ensuring a controlled, uniform coating. Surface preparation is achieved with either its high-pressure water unit or the optional solid water jet nozzle for optimal adhesion.

Versatility

A highly adaptable solution for wastewater infrastructure projects – the system supports wet spraying of large surfaces, mortar injection, pressure grouting of masonry, and coating of horizontal sewer pipes.
