Description
For larger repairs on localised areas of pipe, you can purchase Pipe Doctors professional materials in bulk form, such as, rolls of matting or containers of resin and water glass (sold separately). Good quality fibre glass matting. When used and impregnated with Pipe Doctor resin, creates a smooth repair on a cracked pipe and with a 50-year design life. Supplied on a roll to be cut to the length and width required by the installer to make the perfect patch repair.
Fibre glass matting is available on rolls for straight or radius repair patches and rolls of Pipe Doctor Bulk Fibre-Glass Matting are sold by the kilogram and are 14-19.4kg in weight. (Price is per roll and prices vary by weight – please select roll required).
In addition to the materials above, installation equipment will also be required on site to carry out the repair. S1E supplies much of this equipment, which can be purchased as individual products or within a Contractor Pack, which provides all the equipment needed in one bundle.

Fibre glass matting is available on rolls for straight repair patches or for radius repair patches (for swept bends).
We’ve made it even easier by providing our matting in various width sizes, to fit DN100 and DN150 repairs, with our selection of cut rolls. Patch Repair bulk matting is available in widths of 365mm (for DN100 repairs) or 530mm (for DN150 repairs).
Form: Fabric made of glass rovings and powder bound glass mat sewn together as complex to flat web material, wound onto rolls.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland:
