Overview

The CL50 Pneumatic Lateral Milling Robot is an efficient and reliable solution for house connection sewers starting from DN60. Its compact construction makes it the only milling robot in its class capable of operating in this nominal diameter.

Design

Engineered for tight pipe environments, the CL50 easily navigates multiple 90° bends and delivers highly precise movement. It features an exceptional swivel range of over 600°, enabling accurate and flexible operation even in complex pipe geometries.

Operation

The system can be operated using the portable CL50 Compact control unit or the mobile CL50 equipment trolley. It supports both rechargeable battery operation and mains power via adapter, ensuring flexibility across different job sites.

Functionality

Propulsion is achieved via the supply line and the adjustable “muscle feed” drive system, while retraction is carried out by pulling back the supply line with a dedicated cable. For increased stability in larger pipes, a tension bubble is used.
