CL50 Pneumatic Milling Robot – Compact Precision for Small-Diameter House Connections
The CL50 Pneumatic Milling Robot provides an efficient and reliable solution for house connection sewers starting from DN 60. Thanks to its compact construction, it is the only milling robot in its class capable of operating in this nominal diameter, giving it a clear competitive advantage. The CL50 easily navigates multiple 90° pipe bends and delivers highly accurate movement with a swivel range exceeding 600°.
Propulsion is achieved via the supply line, an optional sliding eel, or the continuously adjustable “muscle feed” drive system. Retraction is carried out by pulling back the supply line along with a dedicated cable attached to the milling arm. For enhanced stability in larger pipes, a tension bubble is used. High-quality colour camera imaging and adjustable LED lighting ensure excellent visibility, while camera cleaning is handled by compressed air and water via the equipment trolley, or by compressed air alone when used independently.
Control is typically managed using the portable CL50 Compact control unit or the mobile CL50 equipment trolley. The system can operate on rechargeable battery power or via a mains adapter, and is also compatible with the CL80 equipment trolley.
