This protects the liner end from the effects of high pressure jetting and ensures that no debris can enter the gap causing further problems or pressures to the new liner in the future.
S1E Limited offers two sorts of liner end sleeve: Quick-Lock and K-prema. These are similar to the mechanical repair systems offered within those ranges, but are especially designed for this liner end sealing application. More information on each system is below.
The Quick-Lock Liner End Sleeve functions in the same way as the Quick Lock Point Repair System. The EPDM rubber seal has been designed to accommodate all common liner wall thicknesses.
Diameter | Overall Length | Pipe Internal Pressure | Pipe External Pressure |

K-Prema Liner End Seals are available for pipes from 200mm to 1400mm in diameter. Once fitted, just like the equivalent K-Prema localised repair products, the K-Prema Liner End Seals will withstand an internal pressure of 20 bar.
Manufactured to suit a range of sewage water, oil and air applications, the K-Prema range can be utilised on an array of pipe materials including concrete, steel, cast iron, PE, glassfibre and other materials.
'We chose to use the K-Prema seals as we know they will seal the end of the liner and withstand the pressure test every time. The K-Prema seals were easy to fit and the whole job was plain sailing.'
