The Pipe Doctor No-Dig Pipe Repair range delivers professional contractors a permanent and watertight finish to damaged pipes, every time.
Our Pipe Doctor Patch Repair Kits were the first no-dig patch repair system to gain WRc approval.
Not only does the Pipe Doctor range offer contractors and engineers the materials needed for pipeline patch repair, to complement this professional product range, WRc-approved training courses are provided. Click here for more details.
Products available in kit form offer everything needed for a single repair, without waste or mess on site. Kits are available for repairs to straight pipes and for swept bends (the Radius system). Bulk materials are also available, if preferred.
Resin in the Pipe Doctor system is available in three formulations:Summer (S), Winter (W) and Rapid (R), for optimal working and cure times for the site conditions.
Contractor Packs contain all the equipment needed to start out in patch repair or to kit out a new van. A full range of packers are available to cover a wide variety of sizes – and can be hired from our hire service, if required, to fulfil unusual jobs without investment from the contractor.

The Pipe Doctor Patch Repair Kits contain everything needed for a single repair, right down to consumables such as wire ties that could easily be forgotten on site. Contractors just need to pick up a kit for a repair, rather than checking and ordering every individual component – an easier and more convenient way to get ready for a job.
Kits are available for repairs to straight pipe or swept bends, and can be purchased with winter, summer, or rapid resin.
For larger repairs on localised areas of pipe, you can purchase Pipe Doctors professional materials in bulk form, such as, rolls of matting or containers of resin & water glass (sold separately). Fibre glass matting is available on rolls for straight or radius repair patches and rolls of Bulk Matting are sold by the kilogram and are c. 50-55kg in weight.
Pipe Doctor resin is available in three formulations, Summer, Winter and Rapid, which give different working times and speed of curing, and is supplied in two parts – silicate resin and sodium waterglass which are activated on mixing.
Pipe Doctor Contractor Packs contain all the hardware you need to start out in patch repair and even include our WRc approved training, for two operatives. Contractor Packs are the perfect starter kit to start out in patch repair or to put a new van on the road. They include a compressor, packer and push rods, as well as kits, and feature high quality equipment. Ideal for increasing your capacity as a contractor.
Packers are essential equipment for no-dig patch repair – used for positioning the patch and holding it during curing, While stoppers are also inflated within the pipeline and are used to stop the flow of water temporarily when required to create a dry line for repair or other purposes.
Pipe Doctor packers and stoppers are made from high-quality rubber for smooth expansion and a long service life. They are finished with metal fittings for inflation and deflation. Pipe Doctor packers are available for purchase or hire.
