Description
ERGELIT-SBM is a high-performance shaft and repair mortar designed as a true all-rounder for wastewater construction. This cement-bonded, single-component mortar is ideal for masonry work, repair tasks, and shaft head applications, offering both reliability and versatility for a wide range of projects.
Overview
ERGELIT-SBM is enhanced with organic and inorganic additives to deliver superior strength, corrosion resistance, and freeze–thaw durability. Its early-strength formulation allows quick loading of masonry or shaft berms, helping to save time on site. The mortar adheres exceptionally well to various substrates such as concrete and masonry, ensuring a durable, long-lasting bond.
Thanks to its dense, water-resistant surface, ERGELIT-SBM effectively protects manholes and wastewater structures from moisture and groundwater infiltration. It can also be overcoated immediately after application, making it highly flexible for multiple construction and rehabilitation tasks. The product has been tested and certified according to DIN 19573-B2, providing confidence in quality and performance.
