Versatile UV curing machine for DN100 to DN300

Supplied exclusively in the UK by S1E Limited for I.S.T., Germany, who can offer training in its use and support on site. The STARLIGHT UV system, featuring a UV unit, five liner and several resin variants for the rehabilitation of pipes, laterals and sewers from DN 70 to DN 400. The Starlight UV lining system includes a UV curing machine which combines perfectly with Starlight Plus liner, although it can be used with other UV liners as preferred.

Service & Maintenance

Servicing and maintenance is available from S1E's own UK-based Service Centre. Key parts are held in stock for speedy turnaround of any works. Our own S1E Service Engineers are trained directly by the manufacturer, with in-depth, up to date knowledge of the machine's capabilities and requirements.

This compact machine is packed with features

• The system can handle liners of up to 90m in length and bends of up to 90° at all pipe sizes within its range, including DN100 knuckle bends.
• A choice of 4 different light heads ensures the customer can specify the ideal machine for the applications on which they focus.
• WiFi enabled for a direct real time view at a remote monitor, which also allows for remote maintenance by the IST Technical Team in Germany if any troubleshooting is needed.
• Tamper-proof pressure and temperature monitoring and recording are built-in, as is video recording via the on-board camera.
• The Starlight’s compact design and integrated monitoring makes for an easily transportable and easily manoeuvrable unit, with only a compressor also required on site.
